We provide legal advice in regard to all IP law matters, we negotiate and draft licensing, transfer and other IP law related agreements, we represent our clients before courts and in off-court negotiations when it comes to protecting their IP rights. We prepare applications for the registration of intellectual properties and we file objections with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Institute.

We also have a substantial experience in negotiating and drafting agreements between artists, managers, agents and producers. In cases of violation of copyrights, we guide our clients through the negotiation, settlement and litigation procedures that we initiate with or against copyright owners’ associations, edition companies, producers or business operators and we assist our clients until the desired results are achieved.

Our IP services also include supporting of M&A transactions, both imbound and outbound, if IP law related elements are needed to be included in the due diligence investigation phase or at the negotiation of agreements.
